Peter is the principal of Qsure Insurance Brokers and he wrote his first insurance policy in the early 70s. Peter is a returned serviceman who saw action with Australian forces in Borneo, Malaysia, and in South Vietnam as Platoon Commander. Peter was awarded a ‘mentioned-in-dispatches’.

Peter has been closely involved in many insurance industry professional development schemes. He has served on the National Board of the Insurance Agents Association for eight years and holds the position of President of the Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers following 2 years as Vice President.

Ask Peter what he enjoys most about the insurance business today and he will invariably reply… “securing insurance cover for those who think they are in the too hard basket”.

Peter is married with 2 daughters. Loves good food, fine wine and reading and, like most dyed-in-the-wool insurance brokers, is an avid golfer.
