Claims

In the event of a claim please contact us as soon as possible. For major or serious claims outside business hours our answering service will provide you with emergency contact details of a staff member.

We will notify your insurer of your pending claim and forward the necessary claim form to you for completion. Alternatively, please refer to our Document Library to download the most appropriate claim form for your claim circumstances.

In some instances we will refer you directly to the insurer as often formal claim forms are not required. Your claim details may simply be given over the phone.

It is important that you provide all the necessary documentation in support of your claim to ensure efficient processing.

In the event that you feel that any aspect of the claim is not being handled satisfactorily or is being delayed, please contact our office so we can intercede on your behalf.
