In the event of a claim please contact Qsure as soon as possible. Several claim forms are available below. If your insurer is not represented, please refer to our Affiliations page to access your insurers website for claims information. In some instances we will refer you directly to the insurer as often formal claim forms are not required. Your claim details may simply be given over the phone. It is important that you provide all the necessary documentation in support of your claim to ensure efficient processing. Qsure staff are available to assist with any aspect of your claim. In difficult or complex claim situations, we may recommend that you access the services of an affiliated claim adjustment service that will ensure that your claim includes all benefits that you are entitled to. In the event that you feel that any aspect of the claim is not being handled satisfactorily or is being delayed, please contact our office so we can intercede on your behalf. |
